JAMES: Mr. Harris is a corporate attorney with over 19 years of experience. He obtained his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Denver where he graduated with honors. He attended NYU School of Law where he graduated in the top third of his class. His Bar admissions include the States of New York and Georgia, the United States and the District Court SDNY.

Jim is experienced in Financial services transactions, operations and regulations especially agency and fiduciary activities. He is currently serving as Senior Legal Consultant, Citibank, N. A., a member of Citigroup. He provides counsel to Citibank’s Worldwide Securities Services Division. He is a member of Omicron Delta Kappa – National Leadership Honors.

Victor:  Vic obtained his MSA in Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University. With over twenty-six years experience in government and private industry in various areas of management specializing in FLSA, FMLA, Job Descriptions and Analysis, Appraisals’ and organizational Policies and Procedures. Vic earned several awards in Recruiting and Information Management. He is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.

Daryl:  Daryl graduated from St. Leo University with a BA in Human Resource Administration. With over twenty years of experience in Private and Public sectors. He concentrates in Recruiting, Retention, Human Resource Development, EEO/Affirmative Action and Safety. He holds several awards as a "Top Recruiter" and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management

Richard:  Richard is a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the States of Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Virginia. He was awarded his MBA from Temple University in Industrial Management. He has over thirty years of experience in all facets of industry. Richard is a certified Energy Manager and Plant Engineer and focuses on Project Management. Richard is published and holds awards for his work in Agriculture.

Lea-Ann:  Liling holds a MSE from Tokyo Institute of Technology with a concentration in Tribology. She has over seventeen years experience in Mechanical Design Engineering in the areas of telecommunications, CNC machinery and semi-conductors. She is tri-lingual in English, Japanese and Mandarin Chinese languages. Her focus is on critical Design/Redesign and troubleshooting. She is internationally published and is a member of the Society of Tribologists and SWE. As a Senior Design Engineer, she has experience in Project Management and BOM.

Vincent:  Vince has over thirty years of experience as a Design Engineer. He attended City College of New York and has extensive experience in the areas of plant expansion, dust and fume collection, concrete foundations, structural support calculations and design, fabrication and manufacturing/conveying systems and machine design. He has extensive knowledge in Project Management, site analysis and costing.

Steve: Steve holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Wayne State University. He has extensive experience in Computer Aided Anesthesia Monitoring Systems, Radio Frequency Manipulative Play Systems, Control Systems and methods for industrial/biomedical applications. His extensive background also includes Robotic Automatic and Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) light wheelchair controls and Hot-Water Furnace Controls. Extremely well versed in identifying parts and creating BOMs, schematics and PCB layouts. Outstanding knowledge of LabView, Matlab/Simulinl, C/C++, NI-DQA, DSP, Pattern Recognition. He has an in-depth experience in using different micro-controllers to develop embedded systems, including software/firmware and hardware: MCS-51, PIC, Freescale 68k/Coldfire, MC 68HC11/12/S12, low-level driver, board-level debugging and in-circuit emulator/debugger.

Kenneth:  Ken has over ten years experience in the field of Logistics. He holds a BS in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He specializes in project implementation and start up execution business development and sales cycle of logistics services. He has extensive knowledge of total supply chain from manufacturing to product distribution knowledgeable of full 3PL solutions and how they relate to client needs. His expertise also encompasses: parts sequencing, cross docking, dedicated contract carriage (DCC), carrier management, and transportation and distribution planning.
